As i sit here writing my thoughts down i cant help but check the interweb for updates of the latest scores coming in from the champions league.
Being as it is i have more than a passing intrest in as in dublin tonight the mighty Shamrock Rovers are at home to european giants Flora of Talinn.
It got me thinking of us Gooners and this time next month could we be in Talinn or Dublin or feckin Munich.
In essence the close season has crept up on us and bit us hard on the arse,,how prepared are we for the tsunami of headlines that could possibly await us.

With us on the other side of the world,at what seems like a footballing version of a TAKE THAT concert,,how much work and preparation are we actually getting done.
Allied to the fact the travelling and the small matter of our unsettled and non-existent signings and no wonder im worried,,actually feckin petrified.
Arsenals biggest problem is that we seem to run paralell with momentum,,when we are good we are very good,,when we are bad we are ....igors stepanovs...
My greatest fear is Newcastle away,champions league qualifier,,Liverpool home,champions league qualifier,,Scum away and already we could be in disaster mode.
Do we trust this group as one to naviagate these obstacles with honour intact.?
Where,and When are the expierenced centre halves we have been promised?
We are always 2 injuries away from armageddon,,its gone quiet on the Chris Samba front,also on the Gary Cahill scenario and these are the type of players needed in terms of physical attributes and expierence and the desire to play for us and at this level.
So a simple plea to Mr Wenger "Spend some f**king money"
